The Leadership Appreciation Program (LAP) is designed to develop leadership talent and begin to create a cultural shift towards ‘level 5 leadership’ in any organization. This program guides participants in building their own foundation of leadership through the exploration of personal vision, mission, values and goals. With this personal foundation, participants will learn new skills and behaviours that will enhance their skills to lead others.
