Course Overview

This course equips students to provide effective administrative oversight for the organizations they serve. Students will learn how to build a healthy organizational culture, maintain effective communication channels, develop and empower their employees, create effective accountability practices, including evaluation, reporting mechanisms, and action planning that move processes from ideation to culmination.

If we can combine depth in the Word and the Spirit, with good skilful organization and administration, our
churches, ministries and market place organisations will become an explosive force for God, maximizing reach, impact, and service to many. The converse is also true, that without proper administration and organization, a church or ministry will struggle and many times fail.

In this training we cover practical aspects of the organization and administration of a local church, drawing much from what we do at Celebration Church as well as best practices from thriving churches. These practices may be contextualized to the specific setting in which you are doing ministry. These principles are equally applicable in the market place.
